Apple-mad hairdresser, she decided to create her own ultimate accessory to prove her love for the gadget Becky Enfield, 25, had the famous Apple logo shaved into her head.
‘I just love my phone and couldn’t think of a better way to display that,’ Miss Enfield said.’
“My phone is my life and when it was suggested I have the cut I was all over it,’ said the stylist from Bognor Regis, West Sussex.
Miss Enfield had her truly unique look cut by her boss Daren Terry at Lotus Styling in the seaside town.”
This young man, in line for the iPhone 4S at Apple’s Fifth Avenue flagship store, has a truly unique tribute haircut to RIP Apple co-founder Steve Jobs. On one side, Jonathan Mak’s Steve Jobs tribute logo, and Albert Watson’s famous photo of Steve Jobs from Fortune in 2006. On the other, he has Apple’s famous “Think Different” slogan emblazoned.
“Growing up I was a huge apple fan-boy (fine, still am.) The first NY apple store in Soho opening was probably the coolest thing that happened to me between the ages 6 and 12. For a while I would spend almost every weekend there. Every year for halloween I was a mac, and I made a habit of shaving the Apple logo into my head to celebrate every OS launch.”
“My neighbor Brooke mentioned that Steve Jobs, busy as he is, always reads email sent to his public address. I think I was around 10 or 12, and I sent a very enthusiastic and grammatically incorrect message including a picture of my shaved head.
Apparently he forwarded it to the head of Public Relations, Katie, and I got invited to the opening of the 5th Avenue Cube. I can never thank them enough. This was probably the high point of my childhood.” source: zurmat.com
